Alternate accommodations may be used if Stay Vacations, LLC resorts are not available. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is designed for married and cohabitating couples ages 25 & up with a minimum annual household income of $60,000. Must attend a 90-to-120-minute discovery tour and sales presentation of staySky® Vacation Clubs. If married or cohabitating, both persons must attend the presentation together. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of $150.00 per night. Date changes or cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a $50.00 service fee and changes within 72 hours prior to arrival subject to an additional charge of the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate. Travel must be complete within 12 months or as shown on your confirmation letter. Not available to groups, family reunions (two or more families traveling together), current staySky® Vacation Clubs owners, employees, and their immediate families. Persons may only tour the staySky® Vacation Clubs, once in a twelve-month period. No pets allowed. One offer per household. Cannot reside within 60 miles of the destination. Transportation, meals, taxes, gratuities, and other travel related expenses not included. Retail value: $190 – $475 per night based on travel season. Offer not directed to residents in any state and does not constitute an offer in which a registration of the timeshare plan is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met.
